Day six of the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry will hear testimony on the legislative framework governing the South African Police Service SAPS.
President Cyril Ramaphosa established the commission to probe allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system.
The Commission, which began its work a week ago, has heard testimony from National Police Commissioner General Fannie Masemola and KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi .
