Loyiso Masuku is the new chairperson of the African National Congress s Greater Johannesburg Region.
This follows elections where she beat Johannesburg Mayor Dada Morero at the regions ANC conference, which started on Wednesday in Sandton, Johannesburg.
Masuku secured 184 votes against Moreros 149 votes.
