A 25-hectare logistics development in the Riverside precinct on the R21 north of OR Tambo International Airport, is well under way with strong construction progress, says JT Ross Property Group.
Ahead of an official launch event on Thursday to celebrate Phase One and the official release of Phase Two, the property developer says the headway made with the project reinforces the status of JT Ross Park, Plumbago 5, as a premier logistics address within Gautengs fastest-growing logistics corridor.
A statement sent to Freight News says: Bulk earthworks for Phase One have reached completion, with platforms successfully prepared and construction of the top structures is now underway.
