Softfootball understands that the 18-year-old is travelling alongside his agent to complete the final steps of the move, with all terms agreed between the clubs and player. The deal, described as 100 on Wednesday, will see Leoni become Liverpool's latest addition under Arne Slot after six new signings were completed this summer. The deal was said to cost Liverpool around 35m, with Parma placing a club sell-on clause on the Italian.
