An attorney who failed to pay her client money received from a divorce settlement has been found guilty of conduct that brought the legal profession into disrepute.
Fhatuwani Moilas clients divorce was finalised in 2022, with a settlement reached in 2023.
On Wednesday, the Legal Practice Council LPC confirmed to Sowetan that Moila appeared before a disciplinary hearing in November that she attended together with the complainant.
