Ntombifuthi Masinga, an electoral officer at the KwaZulu-Natal Electoral Commission IEC, says that eligible voters who were unable to take advantage of the voter registration campaign in two municipalities this weekend can still register or update their information on the commissions online platforms.
The IEC has been registering voters in Ward 22 in the Abaqulusi Municipality, as well as Wards 07 and 20 in the Nongoma Municipality.
The campaign is ahead of by-elections scheduled to take place on the 18th, of next month. The wards became vacant after the resignation of councilors.
