Alhaji Sani Danmasani, National Vice Chairman, Northwest, New Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP, says the party's 2023 presidential candidate, Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso, is not its leader in Kano State or nationwide.
Danmasani gave the clarification in a statement on Monday.
He explained that Gov. Ahmed Yusufs exit from the party did not mean that Kwankwaso, who had long been expelled from the NNPP, and members of his Kwankwasiya Movement were back.
