Acting Judge President of the Gauteng high court in Pretoria, Judge Aubrey Ledwaba, has declined a possibility of taking special leave, the Judiciary has announced.
This follows allegations against him at the Madlanga commission of inquiry into allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system.
Earlier this week, Witness A, an Organised Crime investigator in the South African Police Service, testified that an informer had told him that alleged underworld figure Katiso KT Molefe would get bail.
