Johannesburg Mayor, Dada Morero, says significant progress has been made in raising revenue to address the citys service delivery challenges, which include water supply, infrastructure, and road maintenance.
The city is facing criticism over its preparedness to host the G20 Summit later this year.
Morero says they have raised enough funds for the replacement of pipelines programme.
