Global music technology and digital distribution company, Yivera Co, has recently appointed renowned music executive, Dr. Wilson Joel, to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.
The appointment which took effect on December 8, 2025, coincides with preparations for the rollout of the companys second phase focused on strengthening governance and expanding its international footprint within the global music industry.
