Parliaments Standing Committee on Public Accounts says it has now received a cease and desist letter from former Road Accident Fund CEO Collins Letsoalo .
This comes hours before he was due to appear before the committee.
The chairperson of the committee, Songezo Zibi, has confirmed receipt of the letter, saying Letsoalos lawyers sent it overnight.
