Former Manchester United striker, Wayne Rooney, has said Liverpool cannot be ruled out from the Premier League.
Rooney, speaking on his BBC podcast, however admitted Arsenal and Manchester City could break away from the chasing pack.
Liverpool are the current champions, having won the title in Arne Slots first season by 10 points.
