Former Liverpool defender, Jamie Carragher, has claimed that Michael Carrick and Liam Rosenior cannot win the Premier League title for Manchester United and Chelsea respectively.
While Carrick was brought in this January on a short-term deal until the summer, Rosenior signed a six-year contract to replace Enzo Maresca at Stamford Bridge.
Carragher, speaking on Monday Night Football, insisted both coaches dont have what it takes to become champions of England.
