Award-winning filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, has revealed that there has been a tense phone call with actress and producer Funke Akindele.
The conversation came after controversy over Afolayans remarks on film promotion strategies in Nollywood.
In an interview with Arise News on Sunday, Afolayan said Akindele called him personally after his comments, which seemed to suggest he had dismissed colleagues who promote their movies through dance-driven campaigns.
