The case against Katiso KT Molefe, who was arrested in connection with the murder of Oupa John Sefoka, popularly known as DJ Sumbody, and two of his bodyguards, is expected to resume this morning at the Alexandra Magistrates Court, north of Johannesburg.
Molefe, together with three others, was arrested in Gauteng last month by the polices political killings task team.
They are all facing charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and the possession of unlicenced firearms and ammunition.
Sefoka was killed in a hail of bullets in Woodmead in November 2022.
Last week, Molefe and his three alleged hit men for hire made a brief appearance in the dock before their case was postponed .
