The cross examination of alleged underworld figure, Nafiz Modack , is set to continue at the Western Cape High Court on Monday.
Modack and 14 others, face over 100 charges including the murder of top cop, Charl Kinnear. He has also been accused of running a criminal enterprise and money laundering.
The court has heard testimony about a series of payments allegedly made to co-accused Zane Killian through a luxury car dealership.
