Businessman Suliman Carrim will have to honour the Madlanga Commission of Inquirys subpoena to appear before it on Friday. This after the High Court in Johannesburg struck his application off the roll.
Carrim turned to the courts on Tuesday to apply for an urgent interdict to block the commission from issuing a subpoena.
The court has also ordered him to pay the legal costs.
