Controversial businessman, Vusimuzi Cat Matlalas defence has told the High Court in Johannesburg, that they intend on making another application for bail based on new facts.
Matlala, together with his co-accused, appeared in court on Friday where their case was postponed to Thursday next week.
Matlala is facing 11 counts of attempted murder, as well as a string of other charges.
