The investigating officer in the case of Lekompo musician, Lehlohonolo Chauke, popularly known as Shebe Maburna, has told the Polokwane Magistrates Court that the accused is not a first time offender.
He is applying for bail after his arrest last month. Chauke is facing three counts of attempted murder and malicious damage to property.
The investigating officer, Phaladi Makola, has told the court that the victim who was allegedly shot by Shebe Maburna is still in hospital.
