The Johannesburg Magistrates Court has dismissed the application to use video footage in the bail matter that shows the murder of Warrick Stock, also known as DJ Warras.
The defence argued that the video would clarify if the accused, Victor Majola, was at the crime scene.
Majola is facing charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit a crime.
