The Johannesburg Magistrates Court will today continue to hear the bail application of the man accused of orchestrating the killing of Warrick Stock also known as DJ Warras.
The state is expected to respond to the defences submission. This is after the court dismissed the defences request for a copy of CCTV footage .
The accused, Victor Majola, has been placed at the scene through CCTV footage as he was seen walking and pointing the deceased to two other suspects who seconds later proceed to shoot the deceased multiple times before fleeing the scene.
