Chinese Airline To Launch 'world's Longest Flight'

China Eastern Airlines will launch what it is calling the worlds longest direct flight, between Shanghai and Buenos Aires from December 4.

Flights will depart Shanghai Pudong International Airport on Mondays and Thursdays and arrive in Buenos around 25-and-a-half hours later. The return will depart Buenos Aires on Tuesdays and Fridays, taking around nearly 29 hours.

The flight will make a two- to two-and-a-half-hour stop in Auckland.
