A lesser bushbaby ended up thousands of kilometres from home after he hitched a ride from Johannesburg to Cape Town.
Following a 1 400km road trip from Johannesburg, a Cape Town man came across the hitchhiking bush baby when unloading his baggage after attending a festival in the area.
Maurice, as the bush baby was named, was taken to the Cape of Good Hope SPCAs Wildlife Unit for a full check-up.
