Cape Town will soon add another education hub to its growing mixed-use landscapes, with Apex Education preparing to open its newest low-fee private school inside the evolving Conradie Park precinct.
What began as an underutilised tract of land is now taking shape as a neighbourhood built around convenience and access, and the new school forms the next phase of that vision.
The precinct already includes affordable housing, retail spaces, healthcare services, and green pockets, designed to create a live-work-learn environment for families who previously had fewer options close to home.
