A murder case in Blackheath has drawn attention after police confirmed that a 40-year-old woman was allegedly killed in a violent incident on Chris Nissan Street in Happy Village earlier this month.
In a statement issued to Cape town Etc , Constable Ndakhe Gwala said, Mfuleni police registered a case of murder following an incident that occurred at Chris Nissan Street, Happy Village on Saturday 18 April 2026 at about 12pm.
He confirmed the severity of the attack, stating, According to reports, a 40-year-old woman was run over by a gold bakkie.
