Billionaire businessman Patrice Motsepe has attended the ANCs National General Council NGC being held at the Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre in Boksburg, Gauteng.
Motsepe was spotted at the gatherings plenary session on Thursday, 11 December. Its unclear if he attended as a branch delegate or an invited guest.
Patrice Motsepe at NGCImages shared on social media also showed him with delegates and party leaders, including ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula .
