Bookings have opened for Asilia Africas Erebero Hills luxury eco-lodge scheduled to open in Ugandas Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in August 2026.
Set in 18 hectares of reforested land on the forests edge, the lodge will feature eight suites including two triple suites with glass-fronted interiors, private viewing decks, king-size beds and bathrooms with baths and indoor and outdoor showers. The design was led by award-winning Indonesian architects Pablo Luna Studios.
The reforestation aspect of the project included planting around 25 000 native trees and 35 seedlings. The long-term aim is to create a buffer zone that will become an accessible forest for the local Batwa people.
