The ANC Study Group on the Ad Hoc Committee has defended National Assembly Speaker Thoko Didizas decision not to issue a subpoena to forensic investigator Paul OSullivan and businessman Brown Mogotsi , saying the attacks on her are misdirected.
The two have requested to testify virtually citing serious security concerns.
Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee is investigating allegations of misconduct and infiltration of the criminal justice system. The committee had sought to compel both Mogotsi and OSullivan to appear physically for testimony.
