The AmaZulu royal family has welcomed the Supreme Court of Appeals SCA judgment, which overturned a High Court ruling invalidating President Cyril Ramaphosas recognition of King Misuzulu kaZwelithini.
The President had appealed the judgment, arguing that he acted lawfully in recognizing the King as successor to the throne.
The Supreme Court of Appeal found in favour of the President, dismissing Prince Mbonisi Bekithemba KaBhekuzulus application with costs.
