Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee is closed to deliberations.
Members are now discussing the way forward after arguing that the committee should not be treated like a subcommittee of the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry.
The committee was established to probe KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazis allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the criminal justice system.
