The Modimolle Regional Court in Limpopo has heard that one of the accused in the Phala Phala farm theft trial has paid about a million rand to buy a house in North West.
First accused Imanuwela David bought the property in Rustenburg after the theft of 580 000 US dollars from President Cyril Ramaphosas farm in Bela Bela in February 2020.
This is according to the investigating officer testifying in the trial.
