Traditional Leaders Organisation, Contralesa has called upon the Department of Higher Education to plan ahead for student admission to avoid frustrating deserving students who have passed their matric especially those who are from rural areas.
Contralesa President Kgosi Mathupa Mokoena says there are many students who have passed their matric but have not yet been admitted.
Mokoena says this will demotivate the learners who are still in lower grades especially those who are in rural areas and disadvantage communities.
