Former Zimbabwean opposition leader Nelson Chamisa says hes stepping back into active politics, heeding a call by citizens who demand better leadership in his country.
This after he stepped aside as the Citizens Coalition for Change leader in 2023 due to internal party disputes and tensions.
Chamisa has launched what he calls Agenda 2026, a citizens movement he says is meant to tackle a deep governance crisis marked by disputed elections, corruption, and state capture.
