Ian Rush, a Liverpool legend, has given reasons why he failed to attend late forward Diogo Jotas burial despite being invited.
Last Thursday, Jota and his biological brother Andre passed away in a car accident in Spain.
They were laid to rest at the weekend in Gondomar, Portugal, following the tragic incident.
Several football stars, including players from Liverpool and Portugal national team attended the to pay tribute to Jota.
However, in a post on Instagram, Rush said: Rest in peace, Diogo and Andre.
