The thrilling Delhi Women's Premier League, 2025, continues with South Delhi Superstarz Women SDS W taking on East Delhi Riders Women EDR W. Both sides will lock horns at the renowned Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Tuesday, August 19.
The Shweta Sehrawat-led Superstarz played the season opener against North Delhi Strikers Women. However, after 11.5 overs of the Strikers' innings, the game was halted due to rain and was eventually called off, with both teams sharing a point each.
On the other hand, the East Delhi Riders Women faced Central Delhi Queens in their first game and suffered a seven-wicket loss. After electing to bat first, East Delhi were bundled out for a mere 88 runs in 16.4 overs. In reply, Queens chased down the target in just 15 overs and began their season on a high.
