The commission of inquiry into criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system has warned the public of numerous acts of impersonating its chairperson, Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga.
In a statement on Tuesday 25 November, the commissions spokesperson Jeremy Michaels said these acts started when Madlanga was still serving at the Constitutional Court . The Office of the Chief Justice issued two media statements in this regard.
However, these criminal acts have resumed in earnest since Madlanga became chairperson of the commission, Michaels added.
