Vendep Capital Backs AI-first SaaS Founders

Vendep Capital has secured 80 million for its fourth fund. The Finnish venture capital firm plans to back early-stage founders who build AI-first SaaS products across the Nordics and Baltics.

The firms strategy is focused and simple. It targets B2B software companies with strong technology, scalability, and ambition for global reach. Vendep Fund IV will invest in about 20 startups from pre-seed to Series A. Investment tickets will range between 0.1 million and 3 million. Follow-on capital will go to companies that show strong growth potential.

Investors include the Finnish state-owned investment company Tesi, Pension Insurance Company Elo, and several family offices and angel investors. Vendep has already reached its 80 million target but will keep the fund open to new investors for a short time.
