Real Madrid manager, Xabi Alonso has urged his team to look for chances and work hard when playing against an opponent.
Alonso spoke ahead of Real Madrids UEFA Champions League tie with Manchester City on Wednesday.
The Spaniard watched as Real Madrid were defeated 2-0 against Celta Vigo in the LaLiga at home on Sunday.
