A woman in her 20s, identified only by her surname, Yang, has been sentenced to four years in prison by the Seoul Central District Court for blackmailing South Korean football star Son Heung-min.
Yang initially extorted 300 million won approximately 200,000 from the former Tottenham captain by sending him a foetal ultrasound image and falsely claiming the child was his, threatening to disclose the information publicly.
Yang reportedly spent the money on luxury items.
