Two men arrested for allegedly being in possession of a private vehicle illegally fitted with blue lights will appear in the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Monday.
They were arrested at a roadblock in Centurion, east of Pretoria, at the weekend.
The men are the 40-year-old owner of the vehicle and a 49-year-old Mozambican national accused of fitting the blue lights.
