Turk Telekom has signed a new cooperation protocol with Turkeys Ministry of Justice to expand the use of artificial intelligence and next-generation technologies within the countrys prison system, further advancing the digital transformation of public services.
The agreement builds on the Integration of Smart Technologies into Penal Institutions Project ACEP, a long-running initiative jointly implemented by Turk Telekom and the Ministry of Justice. The new phase will integrate AI-driven capabilities into the projects digital infrastructure to improve operational efficiency across correctional facilities.
The protocol was signed between Turk Telekom and the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses of the Ministry of Justice, reinforcing the partnerships commitment to modernizing public sector operations through advanced digital technologies.
