The Human Rights Commission HRC says the Tshilidzini hospital in Thohoyandou, Limpopo is in dire condition and has the highest incidence of medical negligence in the province.
The HRC has been monitoring services at several public facilities.
The Commission visited the Mankweng court, the Tshilidzini hospital and other facilities after complaints from the public.
HRC Commissioner Sandra Makoasha says they will monitor the situation at the hospital until all problems are resolved,
"There are a number of negligence cases arising from Tshilidzini and some of the concerns have not yet been addressed. The commissioner has stated quite clearly that Tshilidzini will be the center of our monitoring until, its issues have been addressed.
