Police Minister, Feroz Cachalia believes President Cyril Ramaphosa took a brave and wise decision to set up a commission of inquiry into allegations that crime syndicates have infiltrated political circles and the criminal justice system.
Cachalia was speaking at a police parade in Durban during an oversight visit of festive seasons safety operations.
He says democratic societies dont sweep such allegations under the carpet.
