Tech Mahindra has entered a strategic partnership with FICO, a global analytics software leader, to help banking, financial services, and insurance BFSI organizations accelerate value creation through AI-driven decisioning and advanced analytics. As part of the collaboration, Tech Mahindra will establish a dedicated Centre of Excellence CoE for the FICO Platform, offering end-to-end consulting, implementation, and managed services. The CoE aims to help enterprises modernize core banking systems, unify fragmented decisioning processes, and operationalize AI for faster, measurable business outcomes.
The partnership leverages Tech Mahindra's expertise in digital transformation, cloud-native architectures, data engineering, and AI-led modernization to reduce implementation risks and shorten time-to-value. The initiative also includes skill development programs to train consultants on FICO's AI tools, enabling organizations to move from experimentation to production-ready AI deployments. While the initial focus is on BFSI, the CoE will eventually extend to other sectors, delivering industry-specific solutions powered by the FICO Platform. Tech Mahindra and FICO aim to help businesses maximize ROI, streamline decisioning, and accelerate digital transformation at scale.
