The case of taxi boss Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni and three co-accused is expected to be re-enrolled in the Delmas Magistrate's Court in Mpumalanga this Thursday morning.
Sibanyonis co-accused are Daniel Masilela, Philemon Msiza and Bafana Sindane.
The matter will return to court a week after Chief Magistrate Tuletu Tonjeni struck it off the roll in the Kwaggafontein Magistrate's Court following state prosecutor Mkhuseli Ntabas failure to appear.
