The Civic Centre Taxi Association has apologised for a recent incident captured on video of its members assaulting motorists in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng.
This is after the victims of the incident opened a criminal case with the police. The association says that it regrets the incident and has commended the public for capturing, and reporting the matter.
As an association, we regret the violent incident, in which patrollers employed by the association were involved in the scuffle with a civilian, says the associations Chairperson, Midday Mali.
