Suspended police Sergeant Fannie Nkosi has appeared in the Thohoyandou magistrates court in Limpopo and had his case postponed to mid-July.
Nkosi has been charged with defeating and obstructing the course of justice.
He allegedly tampered with evidence where a suspect was arrested for having dagga, explosives and unlicensed firearms in 2022.
