The state intends to oppose bail for the second man accused of the murder of Warrick DJ Warras Stock.
The 25-year-old Mozambican national, Armindo Pacula, has made his first appearance at the Johannesburg Magistrates Court.
He was arrested at an informal settlement in Primrose, east of Johannesburg, over the weekend.
