Princess Cruises newest Sphere Class ship, Star Princess , has embarked on its inaugural 11-day Western Mediterranean roundtrip voyage from Barcelona.
The inaugural itinerary includes stops in Marseille, Rome, Naples, Sicily, Cartagena and Gibraltar.
After a second seven-day Mediterranean cruise, Star Princess will cross the Atlantic to Fort Lauderdale for its first Caribbean season and official naming ceremony on November 6.
