As winter temperatures drop across South Africa, households are preparing for another increase in monthly expenses as electricity prices rise from July.
From 1 July, municipalities across the country will introduce their annual electricity tariff adjustments, placing additional pressure on families already dealing with higher living costs.
The latest increases follow Eskom's own tariff hike for direct customers, which came into effect on 1 April, as reported by Business Tech .
